  2. Vivaldi will walk you though the system if you wish them you can test drive Vivaldi. Write Tickets, Pickup Tickets, Enter your price list, Customers, Delivery routes, accounts, run reports, etc.
  3. When you are ready to purchase call the sales office we will send out an invoice. You can send Vivaldi a check or pay via pay pal for the Software.
  4. If you choose to order Hardware call our MS CashDrawer Partner and purchase the Hardware directly from them with a credit card or check. They will ship that day.
  5. Vivaldi will install you remotely using www.logmein.com, setup your hardware remotely (printers, cashdrawers, barcodes) and train you remotely and over the phone for 2 hours.
  6. You receive 30 days of phone support, 1 year of free email support and 1 year of free upgrades with your purchase.
