Unlimited stations in 1 location.  This price includes the full featured System in addition to the report Writer for creating your own reports and 1 year of free technical email support as well as online training and installation up to 4 hours. (2 hours of conversion of current data if possible) 1 year of free upgrades. - Email Module comes free with the Vivaldi Professional System.

    Vivaldi Enterprise is priced at $1,995.00 a store. This price includes the full featured System, Report Writer, 2 years of free technical support and upgrades via email, 2 days of onsite training and installation (travel and expenses not included), and the Enterprise Store replication system that allows your stores to transfer data nightly over the internet to a Main Corporate Office SQL Server for Multi-Store Management and Reporting, Accounting, and Production management. 90 days phone support.

    Technical Support is available from the nationwide team of dealers for both onsite or online.  The Vivaldi Team has the ability to remotely access any of the Vivaldi systems when you call allowing us to view and assist you. 

    Enterprise Technical Support is available on a yearly contract from the development team of programmers to assist you in customizing your Vivaldi system, creating custom reports, or technical hardware, network, software issues, 24 hours, 7 days a week. Rate for Technical Support is per call priced in packages of 1 to 10 issues at a rate of $50 for 1 issue, $200 for 5 issues and $350 for a package of 10 issues.  Issues can be used for customizing the System, creating reports, or Technical support questions.  Email questions and  technical support help from the technical support office is always free to all registered users with a 25 hours turn around.

    Vivaldi Web Interface $199.00 The new web interface is designed for Dry Cleaners who wish their customers to be able to sign up for delivery service on the Web. The Interface allows customers to signup for service (automatically adding the record to customer database) then allows them to schedule service on the day or route of their choose. This automatically assigns them to the Route and Delivery manifest in Vivaldi. Customer can also reloggin using their email address and a password they create and change their address, phone number or delivery schedule. Customers can also see their tickets and the status of their cloths online. The module includes a payment area (If you are using X-charge) and will allow the customers to pay online. (This module a static IP at your location)

    Email Module $49.00 a locationThis module will send tickets to the customers email when the ticket is created. This way a customer can drop of cloths and walk away and the ticket will be emailed directly to them. This module also sends email when the cloths are ready for pickup and reminders if the cloths are not picked up within a certain amount of time. You can also auto email Account Statements.
